We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter who understands how communication drives business results. Beyond brand storytelling, you know how to craft messaging that moves customers through acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty journeys.

What you'll be doing

• Develop copy across CRM, email, SMS, e-commerce, landing pages, digital campaigns, and customer journeys.
• Create messaging that supports acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value objectives.
• Translate customer insights, business goals, and strategic briefs into effective creative solutions.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, developers, and performance marketing teams.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations when required.
• Contribute to messaging frameworks, campaign concepts, and content ecosystems.
• Support testing and optimization initiatives through data-informed copy development.
• Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and messaging across customer touchpoints.

What you need to have

• 5+ years of experience in copywriting, CRM, digital marketing, or e-commerce environments.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, conversion funnels, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience writing for email, CRM programs, landing pages, paid media, and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to understand commercial objectives and customer behavior.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and accountable for delivery quality.
