You will rely on a thorough understanding of business processes and underlying data to transform raw data into actionable information and insights.ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of data pipelines, including design, build, deployment, and maintenanceTranslate business needs and rules into comprehensive data definitions, data models, and data quality requirementsAnalyze data sources and define the most suitable data structure based on the nature of the use case (reporting, analytics, operational) and expected level of servicePerform source-to-target mapping during the design phaseLeverage CI/CD pipelines to promote code and execute quality assurance checks, ensuring robust, performant, and scalable data pipelinesConduct root cause analysis in case of service disruptions, acting as 3rd line of support to debug code and restore servicesCollaborate daily with the Lead Data Engineer and Solution Architect to align on requirements and architecture guidelinesTransform raw data into actionable insights that support business decision-makingRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or another technically oriented disciplineMinimum of 5 years of prior experience in a related roleUnderstanding of the data lifecycle value chain and underlying components (ETL/ELT, DWH/Data Lake)Familiarity with SDLC tools and frameworks (CI/CD, automation, monitoring)Previous experience working in a scaled agile environmentExcellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)Nice to haveExperience in retail, marketing, supply chain, or financeAgile/SAFe certificationsAzure Data Engineer certification or AWS/GCP equivalentAzure Solutions Architect certification or AWS/GCP equivalentCertified Data Management Professional (DAMA)We offerWe believe that the greatest strength of the company is its people.
