Our client wide range of products includes programs for parents and families, skills preparation and individualized training. Each of our offerings helps individuals reach important milestone personally as well as within their family and society, so our team manages critical aspects such as the client database, the online learning platform, and the website infrastructure.

Data-Entry role overview:

We are seeking a meticulous Senior Data-Entry Specialist, to help us updating and growing our client database, implementing and ensuring accuracy and consistency of information.

Key responsibilities:

·     Research, enter, update and maintain large volumes of data with high accuracy.

·     Review, validate and audit data to ensure completeness and consistency.

·     Identify, correct and resolve data discrepancies.

·     Perform quality control checks.

·     Contribute to develop, document and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);

·     Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Customer Support)

·     Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

·     Generates reports and provides status updates to management.

·     Escalate data issues, system errors and inconsistencies when needed.

·     Assist with data migrations or system implementations

Key skills:

·     Communication: Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

·     Research Skills: information gathering and sourcing, data collection from multiple sources with data validation and cross-referencing.

·     Good technical skills: keyboarding speed & accuracy, proficiency in database management in Salesforce (or a similar CRM), Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

·     Organizational skills: well organized with high attention to details and very good time management and prioritization skills; able to switch between multiple projects based on changing priorities.

·     Previous experience as Data Entry Specialist (or similar role) is a must.

·     Familiar with being involved and working in team projects to achieve shared goals and adapt to different work styles.
