We are hiring a Senior Demand & Supply Planner to drive forecasting accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and ensure smooth logistics execution across our country portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone analytical, structured, and proactive, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and wants to have a real impact on business performance.

What will you do?

• Build and improve demand forecasts by combining sales, marketing, and financial inputs
• Lead the S&OP process and ensure alignment across all key stakeholders
• Monitor stock levels and On-Shelf Availability (OSA), proactively managing shortages and excess stock
• Own end-to-end order planning and coordinate with logistics partners and suppliers
• Track supplier performance and support continuous process improvements
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Category, and international teams
