• Software Testing (manual testing, testing automation, performance testing, outsourcing, training and certification, etc.)

• DevOps/DevSecOps
• Implementation and Customization of Atlassian & OpenText products (MicroFocus) and other niche products/solutions
• AI based Decision Intelligence solutions.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. MBA and/or PMP certification is a plus.
· Proven experience in Azure and AWS
· Understanding of git concepts, CI/CD, release strategy, branching strategy, and development/release pipelines.
· Good knowledge of Terraform, Terragrunt
· Excellent knowledge Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)
· Good Python development knowledge
· Knowledge of Jupyter
· Knowledge of supporting business critical software system
· Ability to work with teams to assist and guide them on deployment practices, while implementing improvements to enable further automation of deployments.
· Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, both orally and written
· Consistent track record managing multiple projects and complex product development cycles in an Agile environment. Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams to deliver software projects under timelines.
· Customer-Centric Approach, skilled in identifying project opportunities, understanding customer requirements, and facilitating requirements collection.
· Strong written and verbal communication, capable of engaging with senior management, business representatives, partners, and customers.
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented attitude.
· Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
· Excellent people skills and emotional intelligence.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
· Modern tooling knowledge, e.g. Ansible, Terraform, DataDog, Jenkins/Cloudbees, GitLab, ServiceNow (or similar)
· Source and versioning control with tools like GIT, Bitbucket, Nexus, Artifactory.
· Problem solving skills and ability to identify the root cause of issues.

Responsibilities

· In this role, you'll be joining one of our Workspace teams as a DevOps Engineer.
· The team maintains systems running on Azure and AWS ensuring their availability and resiliency through DevOps standard methodologies.
· You will work in a development pod/team and will be helping maintain DevOps culture through the application of the DevOps pillars.
· The role includes elements of CI/CD and deployment automation, security, systems design for resilience/scalability, operational automation, monitoring, you will own DevOps for your pod.
· The role also includes Level 2 systems support. You will be expected to be periodically available on-call out of office hours. There will also be an element of weekend work. (Not applicable now, but possible in the future)
