We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a highly collaborative, agile team responsible for building and maintaining a cloud‑hosted development environment that enables Python scripting and interaction with data through APIs.

In this role, you will be part of one of our Workspace teams, owning DevOps practices for your pod and contributing to the reliability, scalability, and security of business‑critical systems running on Azure and AWS.

What You’ll Do

• Own DevOps practices for your pod, supporting systems running on Azure and AWS
• Design and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure cloud infrastructure
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and operational automation
• Provide Level 2 support, including on‑call rotation and occasional weekend work
• Collaborate closely with development teams to promote DevOps best practices

What You Bring

• Proven experience with Azure & AWS
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git workflows, release strategies
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform / Terragrunt
• Excellent knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes
• Python skills for scripting and automation; experience with Jupyter is a plus
• Experience supporting business‑critical systems
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in Agile, cross‑functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools like Ansible, Datadog, Jenkins/CloudBees, GitLab, ServiceNow
• Knowledge of Nexus, Artifactory, Bitbucket
