We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and automation processes that support high-availability applications and services.

You will work closely with Software Engineers, QA, Security, and Product teams to improve deployment efficiency, system reliability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security across environments
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and deployment processes
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline software delivery lifecycle
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and operational standards
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog
• Good understanding of networking, security, and Linux administration
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluent English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks
• Experience with Helm, ArgoCD, or service mesh technologies
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or DevOps-related technologies
• Experience in high-traffic or enterprise-scale environments
