What You'll Be Doing

• Architecting and implementing sophisticated cloud-native infrastructure solutions on AWS.
• Driving and promoting a strong DevOps culture across the organization.
• Enabling feature teams to seamlessly deliver from development through to production.
• Leading incident resolution efforts and driving continuous improvement to prevent recurrence.
• Developing automation to manage cloud infrastructure and streamline delivery pipelines.
• Shaping a superior developer experience that supports rapid and reliable feature deployment.
• Ensuring the platform meets rigorous security standards by applying industry best practices.
• Actively participating as an integral member of our agile development teams, fostering an agile mindset and a culture of change throughout the company.
  

What You'll Bring Along

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid expertise with AWS infrastructure components including EC2, RDS, S3, SQS, and more.
• Strong hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Helm, ArgoCD, Crossplane, and Terraform.
• Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps principles.
• Experience building and maintaining real-time application monitoring and troubleshooting with tools like Dynatrace and Prometheus.
• Ideally, familiarity with service mesh technologies such as Istio.
• A passion for staying current on cloud-native trends, tools, and frameworks to keep our platform cutting-edge.
• A collaborative mindset, eager to share knowledge and coach teammates rather than working in isolation.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
