We are looking for 2 Senior Digital Product Specialists to join our team:

* Role 1 - Senior Digital Product Specialist (Technical - Java & Data)

You will be responsible for digital products in a complex enterprise landscape combining long standing systems and newly developed solutions across multiple platforms. The environment includes Java based applications and critical batch chains on traditional infrastructures (on premise/private cloud), alongside interfaces and data products progressively modernized and migrated to GCP. In parallel, new cloud native components are being built using modern technologies and architectures.

As a Senior Digital Product Specialist, you will take end to end technical ownership of assigned products, ensuring stability, scalability and continuous evolution, while guiding technical decisions and collaborating effectively in a managed service context.

* Role 2 - Senior Digital Product Specialist (SAP ERP Product Specialist)

As a SAP ERP Technical Analyst you'll participate in many aspects of the SAP Application Management lifecycle, such as design, customization, testing and support. Based in Bucharest, Romania, you will be working in partnership with technical resources of the External Partner for the day-to-day support activities and new implementation projects within the Group Technology Office Area.

What you can expect from us

Role 1 – Senior Digital Product Specialist (Technical – Java & Data)

• Take full technical ownership of products across the lifecycle: maintenance, optimization, enhancements, and modernization initiatives.
• Drive solution design and implementation in Java / Spring Boot, including services and batch processing.
• Own complex troubleshooting and permanent remediation (code, configuration, data, performance).
• Define and enforce robust run safe patterns: controlled reruns, correction logic guardrails, recovery mechanisms.
• Coordinate technical delivery with architects, analysts and external service providers (clear expectations, quality gates, escalation handling).
• Ensure strong quality and reliability through proactive incident/problem management and structured RCA.
• Maintain technical documentation/runbooks.

Role 2 – Senior Digital Product Specialist (SAP ERP Product Specialist)

• Contribute to change projects, maintenance, and support activities together with the External Partner
• Assess standard SAP solutions as fit/gaps with the business requirements and assess customized solutions as fit/gaps with the business requirements
• Write technical specifications and work tother with the External Partner
• Steering and handling of mainframe jobs/programs
• Control and steer externals doing the maintenance activities for the applications under responsibility
• Responsible to fulfill security and application owner/expert requirements for the applications under responsibility
• A as interface/hob between the different Business units in the Group and the External Partner like an RTO function

What we expect from you

Role 1 – Senior Digital Product Specialist (Technical – Java & Data)

Core technical skills

• Strong Java experience (enterprise backend + batch); Spring Boot, REST, integration patterns.
• Solid exposure to Java runtime/app servers where relevant (JBoss/WildFly/Tomcat or equivalent).
• Strong SQL and Oracle/PL SQL understanding for data intensive systems and investigations.
• Strong Linux/Unix skills (runtime evidence, scripting basics, log/metrics analysis).

Frontend awareness (for end to end ownership)

• Ability to troubleshoot end to end flows involving UI layers such as PrimeFaces and/or Angular.

Engineering & delivery

• Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, release discipline; strong documentation mindset.
• Strong ownership, ability to make trade offs (stability vs delivery vs technical debt).

Nice to have

• Exposure to modern data platforms and analytical access layers (e.g., Dremio usage/consumption).

Role 2 – Senior Digital Product Specialist (SAP ERP Product Specialist)

• Hands on experience on SAP ERP, at least in two of the following modules: FI / CO / RE-FX / SD / MM
• Basic understanding of SAP FI/CO Org Structures; GL, Cost Centers / Elements, Activity Types / Rates, Company Codes for a Global Organization required
• Month-end Close experience required
• End-to end implementations experience
• Day-to-day SAP ERP support experience
• Incident / Change / Problem Management experience
• Business / SAP ERP Technical analytical experience
• At least basic JCL Mainframe knowledge
• Experience in security handling of 3rd party applications
• Experience in RTO functions to steer externals
• Independent and collaborative working
• English B2 / German (nice to have but will help, as documentation and system setup are mainly in German)
