We are looking for a DS MOGE Support Analyst to join our team in Timisoara on a temporary contract (18 months). This person will provide support to the FSS/DS-MOGE department in the planning, controlling, reporting and assessment processes of the Headquarter expenses.
A day in the life of a DS MOGE Support Analyst:

• Provide transparency on main business KPI’s via the establishment of financial and non-financial reports to management.
• Support all Decision Support and Control related activities, like Period-end Closing, Reporting and Business Planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal Management Reporting against Nestlé Accounting & Costing Standards.
• Supports the preparation of the DF and Budget for Cost Center (Salaries & G/L)/Headcounts.
• Provide analytical support in performing simulations for Centre DS-MOGE Team.
• Provide analytical support for variations on GL and Cost Center level for Centre DS-MOGE Team.
• PEC: ensure accuracy of data reported, provide reconciliation and perform regular pre-PEC health check.
• Be the expert related to Costing White Collar standards and solutions, ensure costing standards are applied
• Ensure correct allocation of costs (mainly MOGE) in compliance with Costing Standard White Collar and Accounting Standards.
• Actuals: drive visibility throughout the organization through Cost Center reporting.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and prepare relevant financial reports and KPIs.
