Skills and attributes for successKnowledge of English at intermediate level or aboveConfidence in PC use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of local GAAP (Romanian accounting) and basic knowledge of IFRSIdeally, you’ll alsoHave previous experience in financial audit Possess an understanding of risk-based auditing and risk and control strategiesDemonstrate compliance with and understanding of regulatory requirementsWork effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility and providing supportPerform or supervise the execution of audit procedures in accordance with EY’s methodology and quality standardsBe involved in preparing reports and schedules delivered to clients and other partiesWhat we look forMore than anything, we’re interested in people with the right attitude for the job!
