Own and drive a centralized financial steering capability at MIBS pillar level, acting as a business-side complement to DFIN. The role shifts the organization from cost reporting to active cost steering by linking financials to strategic priorities, portfolio decisions, and governance forums. It does not duplicate Finance responsibilities but strengthens decision-making through structured cost challenge, visibility, and arbitrations. The role directly supports top management decision-making (COO/CIO, governance bodies) and shapes financial strategy across entities. The role operates across all MIBS entities (KB, BRD, Ayvens, etc.), ensuring consistency and alignment at pillar level.

Specifically, you will be required to:

• Build and maintain consolidated budgets, forecasts, and financial follow-up across MIBS entities;
• Track cost evolution, identify deviations, and support reallocation aligned with priorities;
• Challenge spending requests and ensure traceability of decisions and outcomes;
• Provide forward-looking analysis to support portfolio trade-offs and investment discipline;
• Ensure consistent financial data framing for decision-making (business perspective, not accounting control);
• Drive pillar-level cost strategy and enforce investment discipline across entities;
• Lead financial arbitrations and influence final decisions in governance forums;
• Define financial steering standards applied across all MIBS entities;

Profile Required

• Strong data modelling and financial analysis capabilities;
• Strong background in financial steering, controlling, or performance management (not pure accounting);
• Proven ability to link financials to operational and strategic decision-making;
• Track record of operating at senior executive level (ExCo / Board exposure);
• Demonstrated ownership of large-scale financial steering or transformation agendas;
• Advanced analytical and modelling capabilities (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis);
• Strong stakeholder management across business and finance functions;
• Ability to challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders (COO/CIO level);
• Experience in multi-entity or international environments is a strong advantage;
• Advanced proficiency in MS excel.
