Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance Leadership.
• Drive the QA lifecycle within Agile processes for frontend applications.
• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and cases for UI and functional testing.
• Manual Testing:
• Perform detailed exploratory and regression testing on web interfaces.
• Validate cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Automation Testing:
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Cypress.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Collaboration & Documentation:
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and UX teams to understand requirements.
• Document test cases, results, and defects clearly in tools such as Jira.
• Defect Management:
• Identify, report, and track bugs; perform root cause analysis and verify fixes.
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in front end testing.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for UI validation.
• Proficiency in automation frameworks (e.g Cypress).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
• Testing Expertise:
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
• Experience with performance and security testing is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
