The Team

A small, experienced group of engineers, a product designer and a founding team that stays close to the product. Engineers own features end to end, work closely with design, and have a direct line to the decisions that matter. We use Claude Team Enterprise as a core part of how we work and expect everyone on the team to do the same.

What you will work on

• Full-stack feature development across our Next.js frontend and Node.js/Fastify backend
• Our dashboard, a real-time analytics product that gives merchants a single view of their ad performance across every channel and every platform
• Taking long-term ownership of our UI component library, shaping how we build, scale, and maintain frontend consistency across the product
• Infrastructure improvements including database optimisation, Redis stability, and observability tooling
• Integrations with ad platforms including Meta, Google, Bing and Taboola
• We are not looking for a pure architect. We are looking for someone who enjoys being deep in the codebase daily.

What we are looking for 

Must have:

• 7+ years of full-stack experience in a production SaaS environment
• Strong TypeScript across both frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js)
• Experience building or maintaining a component library or design system, not just consuming one
• Solid PostgreSQL knowledge: query optimisation, schema design, migrations
• Experience with GraphQL APIs
• End to end ownership mentality, from technical design through to deployment
• Strong written communication, we are async-first and clarity matters
• Comfortable with using AI tools (e.g. Claude) to increase development speed and quality as part of your daily workflow

Nice to have:

• Experience with Fastify or similar Node.js frameworks
• Familiarity with Redis
• DigitalOcean App Platform or Vercel experience
• Ad tech or e-commerce background
• Experience in a small team where you wear multiple hats
