Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced solutions for web applications according to business and technology requirements.
• ​Conduct and supervise code reviews and implement quality standards throughout the software development process.
• Support the Technical Team Leader in managing the project team and coordinating activities within the team.
• Mentor team members, including less experienced developers, and actively participate in the onboarding process for new employees.
• Collaborate with product managers, product owners, and clients to understand business and technology requirements and effectively translate them into technical solutions.
• Create technical documentation and share knowledge with the team to ensure high quality and consistency of solutions.
• Implement and maintain DevOps processes, including CI/CD, and solutions based on containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
