Role Description

We are looking for motivated and creative colleagues as Senior Full-Stack Java/Javascript Developer. You will be involved in the creation of innovative solutions that span a multitude of technologies.

Our company is designing and implementing complex solutions for customers in Romania, mainly in public sector.

Responsibilities will include:

·       Accountable for project delivery

·       Identify and analyze user requirements

·       Design, develop, test applications with Java Backend and Javascript Frontend

·       Coordinate, monitor and review team members code in small teams of 3-5 members

·       Allocating tasks between project team members

·       Create documentation for the development phases

Develop applications with the security and high performance in mind

Qualifications

·       University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

·       Experience for designing, building, testing and implementing Java E2E applications

·       Excellent logical thinking and great analytical skills

·       5+ years of development for Java applications

·       In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks (Spring in particular)

·       Prior experience with Front-end frameworks (Angular in particular)

·       Familiar with tools like GIT, Jenkins, SonarQube, Jira, Docker;

·       Experience with Agile work environment (Scrum or Kanban)

·       Experience with relational databases

·       Basic experience working with Linux systems

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills

·       Ability to understand highly technical information

·       Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail

·       Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures

·       Excellent writing skills in English
