About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help shape and evolve Meze Audio’s visual language across all touchpoints. This role is for someone who understands premium aesthetics, craftsmanship, and storytelling, and who can translate the soul of our products into refined visual experiences.

You will work closely with Marketing, Product Design & Engineering, and the leadership team to create visuals that reflect Meze Audio’s values: craftsmanship, authenticity, and longevity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-end visual concepts aligned with Meze Audio’s brand identity
• Design assets for product launches, campaigns, website, social media, print materials, packaging, and events
• Maintain and evolve the visual consistency of the brand across all channels
• Translate product stories, materials, and engineering details into clear, compelling visuals
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, product managers, and external partners
• Provide art direction and constructive feedback to junior designers and collaborators
• Prepare production-ready files and oversee quality across print and digital outputs
• Stay informed on design, typography, and visual culture, especially within audiophile, premium and lifestyle brands

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within branding, product, or premium consumer brands
• Strong portfolio showcasing refined visual judgment, typography, layout, and concept development
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma is a plus
• Solid experience with print production and digital design
• Strong understanding of branding systems and visual storytelling
• High attention to detail and appreciation for craftsmanship
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics or subtle animation (After Effects, Lottie)
• Experience with photo and video production, including shooting, basic editing, or post-production workflows
• Familiarity with UX principles
• Interest in music, audio, design, or craftsmanship-driven products
