We are looking for a Senior Hardware Design Engineer to work on the E-Drive (motor & drive) design and development.The role will be primarily focused on but not limited to circuit design for motor control applications.What You’ll DoDesing and develop electronic circuits and systems for motor control applications.Undertake design feasibility studies and investigations, identifying and evaluating possible optimization/implementations for the customer requirements.Simulate electronic circuits and models to predict the behavior of the motor control system under different conditions.Conduct thorough testing of the motor control systems to ensure they meet all functional requirements, performance criteria, and safety standards.Create detailed documentation for the hardware design, including design specifications, test results, and user manuals.Ensure that the motor control electronics comply with relevant industry standards and regulations (such as EMC and safety standards)What You’ll BringMaster’s degree or PhD in Applied Electronics/Electrical Engineering+ 5 years’ experience in electronic circuit developmentStrong grasp on ADC/DAC converters, OPAMPs, H Bridge, Power ElectronicsStrong grasp on Brushless DC Motors / Permanent magnet DC motorEMC/EMI experienceMultidisciplinary Competence (good To Have)Inverters and converters (DC-DC, DC-AC, AC-AC)Motor and sensor driving circuitsPower Factor Correction Show more Show less
