General Information
We are looking for a data-oriented HR Advanced Analytics professional who will primarily lead global projects while also contributing hands-on to data science and engineering projects. You will own key HR analytics applications, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive the development of robust data pipelines and analytical capabilities that enable data-driven HR decision-making. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global projects from the HR Analytics perspective across different focus areas;
  • Collaborate closely with internal IT teams, external partners, data protection officers, local and regional HR teams, and the dedicated “HR Analytics & BI” and “HR Master Data” teams;
  • Prepare and maintain clear communication materials and training documentation to support system users and stakeholders;
  • Take end-to-end ownership of existing HR Analytics applications (e.g., solutions focusing on employee fluctuation), including end-user support, incremental enhancements, communication, and alignment with stakeholders (IT teams, HR end users, etc.);
  • Execute ad hoc tasks related to HR data and analytics, including data quality analyses as well as initiating corrective actions;
  • Design and implement innovative, application-oriented analytical capabilities (e.g., correlations between KPIs) to enable actionable insights;
  • Support the implementation of ETL/ELT processes and the build and maintenance of data pipelines in Microsoft Azure (e.g., Synapse Analytics, Data Factory).

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in related fields;
  • HR systems & Microsoft ecosystem previous work experience;
  • Experience or familiarity with HR-related SAP tools such as SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR Business Warehouse;
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Azure, Fabric, Power BI);
  • Experience with databases, ETL processes, or cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, SQL, PySpark);
  • Technical proficiency in creating and customizing reports, data objects, and attributes within HR systems, e.g., using Python and SQL;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., SuccessFactors Recruiting, SAP HCM, or other data sources);
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics methods (e.g., data mining, predictive analytics);
  • Project management capabilities, including ownership of work packages and coordination across teams (e.g., using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools);
  • Understanding of data quality assurance processes, including testing and validation;
  • Attention to detail in managing HR master data and executing ad hoc reporting tasks;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare training materials and documentation for diverse stakeholders;
  • Confident use of MS Office, in particular Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Business-fluent English (written and spoken); German skills appreciated.
