Our company is in continuous growth and development, and we are currently looking for a Senior Recruiter with strong expertise in recruiting both white- and blue-collar profiles, particularly in operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for both white- and blue-collar roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Develop and update job descriptions tailored to operational, logistics, and corporate roles
- Implement proactive sourcing strategies (job boards, field sourcing, referrals, partnerships, networking, etc.)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
- Organize and participate in job fairs, hiring campaigns, and community recruitment initiatives
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring needs
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and selection best practices
- Partner with onboarding teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience from offer to integration
- Conduct stay and exit interviews when required
- Provide recruitment reporting and analytics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness, etc.)
- Promote the company’s employer brand as a “best place to work”
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal recruitment policies
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience, including both white- and blue-collar hiring
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in operational environments
- Strong knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Good knowledge of Romanian labor legislation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
