Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter, based in Voluntari. The Senior HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talent across the organisation.

The role involves coordinating recruitment campaigns, building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines, and collaborating closely with departmental managers to understand current and future hiring needs. The Senior HR Recruiter will play an integral role in building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience aligned with company values and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and recruitment strategies
• Strong skills in interviewing, candidate assessment, and recruitment process management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and build strong working relationships
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with high attention to detail
• Prior experience recruiting technical roles or knowledge of the Civil Engineering / IT industry is considered an advantage
• Fluent English is required (written and spoken); German (Deutsch) is considered an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
