Adecco Human Resources is recruiting for one of its clients, a leading company operating in the automotive manufacturing industry in Oradea, a Senior Internal Auditor.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced audit professional to join an international organization and contribute to strengthening governance, risk management, and internal control processes across global operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality audits, supporting business improvements, and partnering with management to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute complex internal audit assignments across national and international entities within the organization.
• Analyze and evaluate business processes, internal control systems, and risk management frameworks, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate internal and external audit team members, ensuring efficient collaboration and successful completion of audit engagements.
• Develop practical and actionable recommendations in close cooperation with stakeholders and support the implementation of sustainable corrective actions.
• Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business units on audit, compliance, risk management, and internal control matters.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies, standards, and digital audit tools.
• Independently conduct special audits, investigations, and project-related reviews.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and provide valuable insights to support business objectives and decision-making processes.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Advisory, or a Consulting environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and assess complex business processes.
• Professional, confident, and proactive approach, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels while maintaining objectivity and independence.
• Practical experience with SAP R/3, especially within the FI, SD, MM, and PP modules, represents a strong advantage.
• High willingness to travel internationally and work within a multicultural corporate environment.
• Interest in globally planned audit assignments and international business operations.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken; German language skills are considered an advantage.
