We are looking for an Senior Internal Control Analyst to join our Finance team and actively contribute to strengthening and optimizing internal processes, with a direct impact on the company’s performance and success.

Your role in the team:

In this position, you will play a key role in monitoring, assessing, and enhancing the internal control system, ensuring that operations comply with internal policies and applicable external regulations.

You will act as a trusted partner for internal teams, being involved in risk identification, data analysis, and the implementation of effective risk mitigation solutions, supporting informed decision‑making and strong governance.

What will you do?

• Monitor and evaluate internal processes to identify risks and improvement opportunities
• Perform periodic and ad‑hoc internal audits, including documenting findings and proposing corrective actions
• Prepare detailed reports for management and track the implementation of recommendations resulting from control activities
• Contribute to the management of operational, financial, and compliance risks, in collaboration with relevant teams
• Use data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) to identify trends and support process improvements
• Participate in defining and monitoring KPIs for the company’s critical processes
• Provide support in compliance projects, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations (SOX, GDPR, etc.)

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal control, internal/external audit, or financial analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or accounting
• Solid knowledge of compliance standards and regulations (COSO, SOX, GDPR, etc.)
• Advanced data analysis skills and experience using Excel, Power BI, and/or financial ERP systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical‑thinking skills
• Professional certifications (CIA, ACCA, CISA) are considered an advantage
