On behalf of our client — an enterprise analytics platform with a strong focus on data‑driven product development — we are hiring Senior IT Business Analysts to accelerate requirements definition and improve delivery precision across engineering teams.
Our client is investing heavily in AI‑assisted workflows and spec‑driven development, and these roles will play a key part in shaping how requirements are defined, documented, and translated into engineering output.
Role Overview
You will work closely with engineering teams in a near‑pairing model, defining and documenting requirements with high clarity and precision. Although you will collaborate with Product, the role sits within technical workstreams, focusing on execution excellence, internal stakeholder alignment, and enabling AI‑driven delivery practices.
We’re looking for Senior Business Analysts with 8+ years of experience, strong BA fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in modern, AI‑enhanced development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and document requirements with high clarity, precision, and structure
• Work closely with engineering teams in a near‑pairing model
• Collaborate with the Product Owner (acting as proxy, without ownership responsibilities)
• Engage exclusively with internal stakeholders
• Contribute to spec‑driven development and AI‑assisted delivery practices
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong Business Analyst fundamentals and structured thinking
• Solid understanding of BA processes, documentation standards, and requirement flows
• Familiarity or strong interest in spec‑driven development
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and translate needs into actionable specs
• Strong communication and internal stakeholder management skills
