We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join a dynamic Agile team focused on digital investment products and online banking solutions. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, helping shape solutions that deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring scalability, stability, and long-term value.

What You'll Do

✔ Analyze and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.

✔ Drive solution design within complex transformation and digitalization initiatives.

✔ Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

✔ Design and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with target architecture and strategic objectives.

✔ Support the development of customer-facing digital investment applications and online banking services.

✔ Understand and assess API-based integrations, backend-to-frontend communication, and service-to-service interactions.

✔ Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams, helping drive decisions and alignment.

✔ Maintain comprehensive product documentation and ensure solution reusability and production stability.

✔ Support development teams by clarifying requirements, analyzing production issues, contributing to UAT activities, and supporting release readiness.

What We're Looking For

✅ Extensive experience in Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis, or Functional Analysis within complex IT environments.

✅ Strong ability to gather, structure, and document requirements for Agile delivery teams.

✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and drive them to completion.

✅ Proven experience working closely with both business and technical stakeholders.

✅ Good understanding of:

• APIs and system integrations
• Microservices architectures
• JavaScript-based applications
• Cloud-based solutions

✅ Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as:

• Jira
• Confluence

✅ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership in fast-paced environments.

✅ Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

➕ Experience with digital investment products or investment platforms

➕ Background in online banking or digital channels
