We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our Customer Security Product Area, responsible for the authorization and authentication solutions used across online and mobile banking platforms. You will play a key role in shaping secure customer journeys, translating business needs into high-quality technical solutions, and driving innovation in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Your Responsibilities

✔ Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to define and refine requirements.

✔ Analyze complex business and technical requirements and translate them into clear user stories and functional specifications.

✔ Prepare and structure upcoming development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and target architecture.

✔ Drive both functional and technical analysis, contributing to solution design and architectural discussions.

✔ Support the delivery lifecycle, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release activities, and continuous product improvements.

✔ Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, security, and operational efficiency.

✔ Clarify open business and technical questions to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

✔ Contribute to the evolution of digital banking and customer authentication solutions utilized by a large customer base.

What We're Looking For

✅ Strong experience as a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst within complex IT environments.

✅ Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating closely with development teams.

✅ Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.

✅ Experience creating user stories, requirements documentation, and solution specifications.

✅ Strong understanding of:

• Microservices architectures
• API-based integrations
• JavaScript-based applications
• Cloud technologies (GCP preferred)

✅ Practical experience with:

• Jira
• Confluence
• Agile delivery methodologies

✅ Knowledge of digital banking security and authentication technologies, including:

• PSD2
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
• TAN procedures
• Digital Signatures
• OAuth 2.0
• OpenID Connect
• FIDO2

✅ Ability to work independently, drive discussions, and maintain high-quality standards in complex environments.

✅ Fluent English communication skills.

➕ Experience within Retail Banking or Digital Banking platforms
