Job Description:

• Design, configure, maintain ContiTech’s global Windows Client Environment based on Windows 11 and MDT
• Design, configure, maintain (future) Windows Client Environment based on Intune and Autopilot
• Design, implement, maintain global tools related to ContiTech’s Windows Client service (interfacing with Active Directory, MDT, SQL-based databases)
• Responsible for operational task, advanced testing & documentation within the Windows Client area
• Provider Management for 2nd and 3rd Level Provider
• Knowledge management and knowledge transfer to local IT Administrator community and external service providers
• Project coordination, work and project related tasks related to Windows Client
• Design, configure, maintain ContiTech’s global MAC Client environment (based on Intune)
  

Qualifications:

• Degree in IT System Engineer, Information Technology Degree, or equivalent
• Willingness and ability to work in a global distributed team
• Minimum 3 years experience in Windows (10) client area
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
• Good knowledge of network infrastructure and Active Directory integration
• Knowledge in Client deployment mechanisms (MDT, SCCM, etc.)
• Good knowledge of scripting (especially PowerShell)
• Good communication skills: Fluent in English language
• Good Knowledge of MacOS
• Basic Knowledge of SQL
• Other Competencies and Skills
  • Service, teamwork and customer focus
  • Working in virtual teams
• 2 to 3 years experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments
• Knowledge about ITIL, ITSM, SCRUM
