For an international institution in Strasbourg, we are urgently looking for a (Senior) IT Project Manager with Infrastructure & Cloud experience. Comfortable working in environments involving: Red Hat OpenShift (OCP), Microservices architectures, Kubernetes concepts (pods, clusters, deployments), Cloud & virtualized environments, Red Hat Linux, vCenter, Ceph, Applications & DevOps, Networking & Security.

Candidates need to be living in Strasbourg or willing to relocate to Strasbourg.

EU candidates are welcome to apply, but need to be willing to relocate to Strasbourg!

Candidates need to be fluent in English. A work permit is required, but not provided. This position is long-term and open for contractors.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation;
• Organize and facilitate project meetings and status updates;
• Track project milestones and ensure on-time delivery of all deliverables;
• Ensure effective communication between developers, testers, infra teams, vendors, and stakeholders;
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests throughout the lifecycle;
• Follow up on new release development and deployment activities;
• Lead and coordinate deployments across clusters and environments;
• Own INFRA, SECURITY, and TESTING aspects;

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree;
• ++12 years of experience in the defined area of expertise;
• Strong experience in technical project or delivery management;
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams;
• Solid understanding of infrastructure, platforms, and cloud concepts;
• Experience in release, deployment, or environment management;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational abilities;
• Comfortable working in environments involving: Red Hat OpenShift (OCP), Microservices architectures, Kubernetes concepts (pods, clusters, deployments), Cloud & virtualized environments, Red Hat Linux, vCenter,Ceph, Applications & DevOps, Networking & Security;
• Usage of Project Management tools;
• Fluent in English;
