With three global headquarters across four continents, operations in 13 countries, 65 delivery centers and more than 66,000 employees, WNS combines scale, expertise and execution to create meaningful, measurable impact.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end Source-to-Contract activities, from sourcing strategy through contract award and financial performance declaration.Develop sourcing strategies and commercial approaches for complex software procurement initiatives.Lead supplier negotiations, commercial evaluations and contract discussions to optimize cost, value and contractual outcomes.Advise internal stakeholders on procurement strategy, supplier selection and commercial risk.Manage multiple sourcing projects while ensuring compliance with procurement governance, security and risk requirements.Produce executive-ready sourcing recommendations, supplier evaluations and negotiation summaries.Mentor junior buyers and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.Drive delivery excellence through achievement of SLA/KPI targets and proactive risk management.Hybrid working model: 3 days per week from the office and 2 days per week working from home (WFH), in line with business requirements and company policy.QualificationsIdeal candidate for the Senior IT Sourcing Buyer position:+7 years' experience in IT Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Category Management.Proven expertise managing complex Source-to-Contract (S2C) engagements across Software, Cloud and IT Services.Extensive experience leading supplier negotiations, contract renewals and competitive sourcing initiatives.Strong stakeholder management experience within multinational and matrix organizations.Professional proficiency in English and French (minimum B2, C1 preferred).Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Information Technology or Engineering.Procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM or equivalent) are considered an advantage.
