In our "HR IT Solutions" the "Talent Solutions" team is pivotal in providing innovative tools and solutions to support our HR department's diverse needs and our strategy of a skill-driven company. The portfolio includes platforms like SuccessFactors Learning, Performance & Goals or Succession Management. To enhance this team, we are urgently seeking a dedicated and experienced expert for various SuccessFactors Modules in the field of Talent Management.
Your Responsibilities:

• Operational and technical support of implemented SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules (e.g., Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Learning, Recruiting)
• Analyze, optimize, and further develop existing system workflows
• Take on and lead (sub-)projects within the SuccessFactors environment, including requirements gathering, conceptual design, implementation, and testing
• Take over responsibility during SAP SuccessFactors Releases
• Collaborate closely with HR, internal IT, and external service providers to understand requirements and implement solutions
• Ensure stable system operation including issue analysis, incident management, and change management
• Support in daily operations together with external application management partners
• Maintain documentation of system configurations
  

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally across multiple Talent modules
• Knowledge of system configuration and integrations (e.g., integration with SAP HCM, SAP BTP, or other HR systems) is a plus
• Experience in leading projects in the field of IT and or HR digitalization
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
• Ability to work independently and proactively within a team environment
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, JIRA is beneficial
