For people who enjoy technically demanding work in capital markets, Phi offers the opportunity to work closely with expert colleagues and major financial institutions on high-value, business-critical initiatives.Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Java Developer, you will join a team delivering high-performance e-trading and risk platforms, designing and enhancing Java-based solutions within complex financial technology environments.This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building scalable, maintainable software, solving technical challenges, and contributing to the evolution of existing platforms. You will design, develop, and enhance Java components, analyse and modernise existing systems, support performance improvements, and contribute to code quality through testing, reviews, and engineering best practices.
