We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. You will work closely with software architects, product owners, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable solutions that support business-critical processes.

This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, writing clean and maintainable code, and mentoring other team members while working in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications.
• Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

• Develop automated unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-native application development.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and continuously improve development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java software development.
• Strong expertise in Java 11/17+.
• Solid experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Hibernate/JPA.
• Proficiency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Experience with Git and modern version control practices.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK Stack.
