We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven, and strategically minded SENIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER who is eager to play an active role in further developing one of the company’s fastest-growing and most strategically important sales channels.
What challenges await you?
- Full ownership and management of the given Key Account Customers
- Development and execution of annual business plans, commercial agreements, and promotional strategies
- Leading negotiations with Customer's Purchasing department and category management teams of key retail partners
- Continuous analysis of sell-in, sell-out, profitability, and promotional performance data to drive business growth
- Identification of new business opportunities and growth potential within the channel
- Strategic planning and implementation of assortment expansions and distribution development initiatives
- Active monitoring of the competitive landscape and leveraging market insights to create competitive advantage
- Successful launch and execution of innovations and new product introductions across partner retail chains
- Preparation and support of complex commercial decision-making processes through data-driven recommendations and business insights
What will be your responsibilities?
- You will be fully accountable for the commercial performance and business results of the given Key Account Customers
- Independently lead business negotiations and represent the company’s commercial strategy in discussions with Key Partners
- Directly influence the achievement of revenue, profitability, and growth targets
- Play an active role in developing and strengthening long-term strategic partnerships
- Work closely with senior commercial leadership and regularly report business performance through structured business reviews
- Build, maintain, and further develop outstanding long-term partner relationships based on trust and mutual value creation
- Proactively identify, manage, and resolve business challenges while mitigating risks throughout the entire account lifecycle
Who are we looking for?
- You have 3–5 years of Key Account Management experience within an FMCG environment
- You have hands-on experience managing Key Account Customers
- You are a confident negotiator with a proven track record of leading annual business planning and commercial agreement negotiations
- You are an energetic, proactive, and highly communicative professional
- You possess strong Excel and data analysis skills and are comfortable working with complex business data
- You have a results-driven and solution-oriented mindset
- You are able to make quick and effective decisions in complex and fast-paced business situations
- You demonstrate a genuine ownership mindset and take full responsibility for delivering business results
- You thrive both as a collaborative team player and as an independent contributor
- You are motivated by competition, ambitious by nature, and driven to win
