Key responsibilities
Skills & capability development
Design and implement learning programs focused on building critical competencies, including technical, functional and behavioral skills.
Contribute to the definition and evolution of skills frameworks aligned with business strategy.
Translate skill gaps into structured upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
Learning programs & initiatives
Lead the end-to-end design of learning programs (needs analysis, learning design, delivery, evaluation).
Develop blended learning journeys (classroom, virtual, on-the-job learning, self-learning).
Partner with internal experts and external providers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Facilitate workshops or learning sessions when needed on a variety of topics.
Upskilling & reskilling
Design targeted programs to support role transitions, internal mobility and workforce transformation.
Support managers and HR partners in identifying reskilling needs driven by business or organizational changes.
Stakeholder collaboration & Project management
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to ensure learning solutions align with business needs.
Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Manage budgets, provider relationships, logistics and project timelines.
Assessment & impact
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives.
Use data and feedback to continuously improve learning solutions.
What we are looking for
Extensive experience in Learning & Development, operating in a senior or expert role, with 5+ years of experience applying competency-based learning, upskilling, and reskilling frameworks across diverse teams and contexts.
Strong ability to translate business priorities into practical, scalable learning solutions that address both immediate and future capability needs.
Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end learning initiatives, with clear learning outcomes and the ability to demonstrate business impact.
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.
Analytical and systems-oriented mindset, able to connect data, platforms, and business needs to accelerate the design and implementation of relevant L&D journeys.
