About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with strong expertise in data privacy, intellectual property, and AI-related legal matters to support our international operations across Europe, the USA, and Latin America. The role will also cover corporate and commercial legal work in a fast-paced, innovative technology environment

• t:Lead and manage legal work in privacy, data protection, and AI compliance, including program design and internal awareness initiative
• s.Oversee intellectual property matters, including copyright, trademark portfolio management, licensing, and IP due diligenc
• e.Advise on and negotiate a broad range of technology and commercial contracts: MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, and AI collaboration agreement
• s.Partner with product, tech, and data teams to ensure AI systems and software meet legal and ethical standard

You bring both solid legal expertise and strong interpersonal judgment in areas such
