How You Will Contribute

• Develop and implement the integrated strategy for investments and Pillar III pensions in Retail, ensuring alignment of the offering across all distribution channels;
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance (profitability, sales, trends), identifying growth and optimization opportunities;
• Contribute to the development, adaptation, and launch of new products and services in collaboration with internal stakeholders and relevant entities;
• Contribute to defining and implementing pricing initiatives and to substantiating commercial objectives and the budget;
• Support commercial campaigns and client activation mechanisms, including through digital channels and CRM usage;
• Develop financial education initiatives to increase awareness and adoption of products;
• Ensure the integration of investment and pension offerings into the bank’s commercial and digital ecosystem;
• Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, customer experience, and compliance with the regulatory framework.

What will help you be successful

• Relevant higher education and a minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the investments and/or pensions area;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and BI tools;
• Solid knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and relevant regulations (e.g., MiFID);
• Experience in portfolio analysis, product development, and commercial initiatives;
• Understanding of the Retail segment, as well as customer needs and behavior;
• Advanced analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset;
• Ability to drive alignment and effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including cross-functional teams;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts, including advanced English proficiency;
• Initiative, autonomy, adaptability, and strong prioritization and project management skills, with a focus on high-quality execution.
