We are looking for somebody who:

• Demonstrate exceptional creative skills, particularly in the creation of banners and online advertising, through a robust portfolio.
• It’s a MUST to have experience in digital marketing, and a plus to have experience in Social media assets; 
• Constantly leveling up and love learning new stuff. You will work alongside talented design professionals to build on your skillset;
• A Team Player: look forward, receive, and apply feedback as well as provide constructive feedback to others;
• Available for a full-time job.

Job Requirements:

• Expert proficiency in Photoshop with a minimum of 5 years experience is required, and additional proficiency in Illustrator and After Effects would be a significant advantage.
• Have great knowledge of Perspective, Lighting, Composition, and understanding of your audience;
• Up to date with the latest graphic design trends and best practices;
• Fluent in English.
• Great attention to detail and good self-organization.
• Focused on designing assets that increase commercial value.
• Have experience with image and video AI generation models.
• Knowledge of a 3D software such as Blender is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create marketing assets across all of our channels: app, web, Mobile Stores, Social Media, and other digital touchpoints;
• Work closely with the marketing department, game designers, project owners, and developers to create engaging marketing assets or define user issues and come up with the best solutions;
• Keep a consistent visual design language (on new or existing products);
• Fast learning and attention to details;
• Understand and use team feedback to improve your design.
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks when needed.
• Show a desire to iterate on and improve the creative process.

Please include a portfolio of at least five (5) graphic design samples as a mandatory part of your application. 

Not submitting a portfolio will result in ineligibility for further consideration in the recruitment process. 

Additionally, completing a technical challenge will also be mandatory.
