🚀 Senior Marketing Project Manager

Full-time | €2,000 – €5,000/month + performance bonuses (based on experience)

We are building the internal execution machine behind a fast-growing DTC haircare brand operating across multiple European markets (Hungary, Poland, Czech).

We are looking for someone who can build and manage the system that runs our marketing execution across teams and markets.

This is not a typical PM role.

⚡ What You’ll Do

You will own the execution layer of our marketing across multiple departments and markets.

• Build and manage our Asana workflows
• Coordinate work across:
• Copywriters
• Video editors
• Creators
• Creative strategists
• Media buyers
• Local project managers
• Make sure:
• Creative production is fast and consistent
• Ads and campaigns go live on time
• Output quality is high and meets customer expectations

Also:

• Ensure we always have enough resources to execute at speed
• Identify bottlenecks and fix them fast
• Proactively push the team and follow up daily
• Keep everyone aligned on:
• Upcoming launches
• Sales
• Priorities

🔥 Beyond That

• Build SOPs for each role
• Track performance across team members
• Help design and implement bonus systems
• Maintain visibility on:
• Who is performing
• Who is late
• Where things get stuck
• If capacity is missing → start the hiring process
• (e.g. editors, designers, creators)

• Strong hands-on experience with Asana (or similar tools)
• Experience working with:
• Marketing teams
• Creative teams (editors, designers, copywriters)
• Experience in B2C / DTC / e-commerce
• Experience building systems, workflows, SOPs
• Experience working across multiple markets

💰 Compensation

• €2,000 – €5,000/month (depending on experience)
• performance bonuses tied to execution and growth
