Code is our universal language and innovation is the fuel that propels us into the future. 🚀If you’ll join our team, you will be challenged to:Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade middleware platforms across multiple environments (Dev, Test, Production);Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of middleware solutions through proactive monitoring and tuning;Perform capacity planning and participate in scalability design for supported platforms;Maintain systems up to date with security patches and vendor-recommended updates;Collaborate with development and architecture teams to design and implement middleware solutions aligned with business requirements;Contribute to automation initiatives (deployments, configuration, monitoring);Define and improve operational procedures, standards, and documentation;Participate in incident management, problem management, and change management processes;Contribute to cross-team and cross-department projects, supporting the bank’s strategic and operational objectives;Troubleshoot incidents end-to-end, including:root cause analysissolution designimplementation and validationTo perform in this role, we would like you to have:Hands-on experience (minimum 2 years) with Apache Kafka / Confluent Platform (Relevant certifications are considered a plus);Knowledge of scripting: Bash, Python, PowerShell;Experience with automation and CI/CD tools: Ansible, Jenkins, Git;Solid knowledge of Linux operating system (Windows is a plus);Basic understanding or exposure to container platforms (Kubernetes / OpenShift) and cloud environments;Understanding of: distributed systems concepts, high availability and disaster recovery architectures\ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure during incident situations;Good communication and collaboration skills;Ability to work both independently;Nice to have:Experience with: HSSO / Keycloak, IBM MQ, Apache Flink.If you want to find out what other jobs we still have available, like Life at BT or what #Culture BT is, you can also access the Bank's career website: https://cariere.bancatransilvania.ro/Ready to venture into this technological journey?
