We’re building the next generation of our payments stack — and we’re looking for a Senior Payments Infrastructure Operations Specialist to help us influence the future of payments in Romania. This is a hands-on, technical operations role at the heart of how money moves across our platform.

If you’re the kind of person who enjoys digging into decline logs, optimizing routing paths, integrating PSPs, and making payments just work at scale — you’ll feel at home here.

What you’ll have to do:

• Operate and optimize multi-acquirer + multi-PSP setups;
• Support PayFac flows — merchant lifecycle, KYB, settlements, disputes;
• Help build our payment orchestration engine (routing, fallback, performance logic);
• Integrate PSPs, APMs, instant payments, wallets, open banking rails;
• Deep-dive payment issues: scheme codes, authentication flows, network tokens;
• Collaborate with Fraud/Risk/AML on monitoring logic & rule tuning;
• Ensure alignment with Visa/MC rules, SCA, PSD2, AML/CTF, and scheme compliance;
• Partner with Product & IT teams to evolve platform-level payment capabilities.

How we’d like you to be:

• With at least 5+ years in payments operations (fintech, PSP, PayFac, EMI, acquiring, marketplace, banking);
• With strong hands-on experience in acquiring, PSP integrations, transaction routing;
• With solid knowledge of Visa/MC, APMs, PSD2/SCA, AML/CTF;
• Comfortable with logs, dashboards, decline analysis, and operational debugging;
• With good experience with fraud tools, scoring, monitoring (bonus);
• Curious, analytical, ownership-driven, proactive — true fintech operator DNA.
