As a Senior Payroll and Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for timely and accurate benefits administration as well as delivery of payrolls across a number of our European locations including (but not limited to) Armenia, Ukraine and Switzerland.The successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of payroll compliance and legislation. Duties will include payroll and benefits account maintenance, absences accrual and reporting, being the go-to person for all pay and benefit queries. This position is full-time (40 hours per week) and is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.Responsibilities: Payroll and Benefits Administration:Payroll Administration – responsible for payroll administration working to published deadlines.
