Objective of the role
This role supports data-driven decisions, and cost efficiency. It requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management tools, a foundational understanding of procurement processes, ability to translate data into actionable insights, attention to detail and business acumen.The Senior Procurement Analyst is responsible for providing data support, creating and maintaining the various reporting processes and tools for decision making in the company.
Areas of responsibilities:

• 
  Ensure data correctness and accuracy: Set up deadlines and follow up with Ayvens entities to collect monthly reports. Perform sanity check on excel files to preserve a specific format. Provide bi-annual quality reports for reporting completeness and accuracy of data
  
• 
  Assess trends in pricing, suppliers, markets and segments and draft fact-based analysis reports with break-downs and correlating data and trends
  
• 
  Provide input into procurement data structures/hierarchies to enable spend reporting, supplier performance and improve data quality
  
• 
  Provide structural or ad hoc specific management information requests, analyses, reporting etc.
  
• 
  Support the Procurement organisation with analytical techniques and knowledge sharing
  
• 
  Pro-actively implement improvements and support addressing newly identified needs coming from the business experts to increase efficiency and quality. Improve procurement data quality by aligning with business users and procurement
  

Job Requirements:

• 
  
• 
  A Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent
  
• 
  Minimum 5 years in Procurement/Business Analysis/ Financial Analytics
  
• 
  English (fluent, verbally and written)
  
• 
  Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge on Microsoft Office suite
  
• 
  VBA Macro for Excel and SQL programming; Power BI; Python
  
• 
  Continuous Improvement Mindset

  High attention to detail without compromising the ability to keep track of the assigned ongoing tasks
