Reporting into C-level; this is a strategic, hands-on role focused on designing intuitive, engaging, and seamless journeys that connect players to the heart of the platform—both inside and outside of gameplay.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact features and improvements

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, analysts, and developers to bring concepts to life

• Translate business goals and player needs into clear, actionable specifications

• Lead stakeholder presentations, walkthroughs, and demos with clarity and confidence

• Perform UAT and ensure every release meets the original vision

• Monitor KPIs and player funnels to identify opportunities and measure success

• Align cross-functional teams and ensure smooth execution across the product lifecycle
