The role

The Senior Product Owner Procurement Systems is responsible for building, scaling, and continuously improving the procurement technology stack that powers Group Procurement. Based in Bucharest and working closely with the Head of Procurement Excellence, this person bridges procurement operations and technology, translating business needs into system capabilities, driving AI and automation adoption, and managing the vendors and implementation partners that bring the roadmap to life.

What you will own

• Own the procurement technology roadmap, prioritizing features and capabilities that improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience across the procurement lifecycle
• Configure, maintain, and evolve SaaS procurement platforms including sourcing, contract management, intake automation, and orchestration tooling
• Design and deliver AI and automation use cases, including agentic workflows, that reduce manual effort and unlock data-driven decision-making in procurement
• Manage relationships with SaaS vendors and implementation consultants, ensuring delivery quality, value for money, and alignment with the broader roadmap
• Act as the internal product champion, driving adoption through change management, training, and stakeholder engagement across multiple markets

What we are looking for

• Experience in procurement operations or a procurement-adjacent role, with a solid understanding of sourcing, contracting, and supplier management processes
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing SaaS procurement or business systems (such as Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba, or similar)
• A track record of building and scaling AI or automation use cases in a business context; experience with agentic AI is a strong plus
• Project management capability, with experience coordinating vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders across complex implementation projects
• Comfort working at the intersection of technology and business, translating needs in both directions with clarity and credibility
• Familiarity with intake automation tools or orchestration platforms is an advantage
• "Vibe coding" or no-code/low-code configuration experience is a nice to have
