What you will do:Support the project management of mid-sized and larger ERP implementation-, transformation-, and / or optimisation-projectsSupport building up a small project management services center in ClujActively contribute as project management officer, project stream-lead, or lead of a smaller high-complexity projectSupport project leaders and teams during design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare phasesMaintain transparent project planning, reporting, and coordination activitiesCo-organize and facilitate workshops, meetings, and project-related eventsCreate presentations, project documentation, and reporting materialsWhat you bring & who you are:Completed academic studies, ideally in finance, business administration, law, engineering, or natural sciences6–8 years of professional experience, ideally in a consulting environment or with large ERP transformation projectsExperience with project management methods such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or WaterfallFamiliarity with modern collaboration and project tools such as MS Teams, JIRA, or AI-supported toolsAnalytical, structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of workingStrong communication and collaboration skills in German and English; additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian are welcomeAbout the team: We are a collaborative and international team working on complex ERP transformation & optimisation projects.
