The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, efficient workflow management, and a basic knowledge of the art world to understand our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget
• Manage and mentor large, cross-functional teams
• Implement efficient workflows and monitor timely submissions
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing regular progress updates
• Allocate and manage resources (budget, tools, personnel)
• Identify and mitigate risks with contingency plans
• Ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards

Requirements

• 6-7 years of proven project management experience with complex projects and large teams
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Basic knowledge and interest in the art world
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
