How you will contribute

• Full end‑to‑end accountability for the delivery of a complex banking platform implementation;
• Define and drive the delivery strategy, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and critical path;
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical delivery;
• Act as the single point of accountability for senior stakeholders and governance forums;
• Proactively manage risks, issues, priorities, and trade‑offs in a high‑pressure environment;
• Lead delivery across multiple workstreams, internal teams, and external vendors (platform providers, system integrators, consultancies);
• Own program budget, cost forecasting, financial control, and change management;
• Oversee complex system integrations and non‑functional requirements (performance, resiliency, security, data quality);
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, auditability, and control frameworks;
• Lead testing, go‑live execution, business readiness, post‑go‑live stabilization, and transition to BAU.

What will help you be successful

• University degree and at least one recognized certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, Lean / Six Sigma);
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Project / Program Management delivering complex IT implementations in the banking sector (mandatory);
• Strong hands‑on experience delivering platforms with complex integrations and data flows;
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct line management authority;
• Comfortable operating under tight deadlines, high complexity, and multiple senior stakeholders;
• Solid understanding of banking products, financial data, and modern integration patterns (APIs, messaging);
• Strong executive‑level communication, structured thinking, and high ownership mindset;
• Advanced English proficiency.
