We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Business Transformation Team in EBS (Euromaster Business Services) as a Senior Project Manager( specializing on Operations Transformation.

Let’s meet if you have these skills:

Mandatory Skills

• Min 5 years' overall work experience (consulting experience is a plus);
• Min 3 years' experience of implementing projects related to operations transformation, process re-engineering, cost optimization or digital transformation.

Nice to have

• Relevant experience in related industries and services (Automotive, SSC, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Supply Chain);
• Previous experience / certification in any of the following: Business analysis, Project Management, Change management, Lean Management.

Non-technical Skills

• Independent and solution-oriented approach;
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, able to interact with people of various backgrounds and levels;
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills;
• Fluent in English (nice to have: French or German).

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Engineering or other relevant field.

What will you do?

• Lead implementation of projects and programs related to operations transformation, from definition of opportunity to delivery and confirmation of results post implementation;
• Develop business analysis, perform market research, analyze relevant data and apply problem solving techniques in order to develop recommendations for operational improvement or define scope for transformational projects;
• Support the development and improvement of the Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Data Maintenance, Supply Chain and Support Functions in EBS and Euromaster;
• Design new target operating models, redesign End-2-End processes, implement KPIs, deploy performance management, proposes efficiency improvement recommendations and define potential for automation, aiming to improve effectiveness, increase efficiency and decrease operating costs;
• Evaluate process automation potential and identify use cases based on available advanced technologies (RPA, AI, ML, etc.) while evaluating industry IT trends and shared practices;
• Ensure strong partnership and manage communications with key stakeholders and partners, both within the Euromaster and Michelin Groups.
• Prepare and deliver client workshops, presentations and reports.
