Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives within a growing iGaming organization. This role owns delivery end-to-end, ensuring complex initiatives move from concept to release with clarity, control, and alignment across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives (initiation → release)
• Translate business goals into clear scope, milestones, and delivery plans
• Act as the single point of accountability across Product, Engineering, QA, Compliance, Operations, and vendors
• Establish project governance: status reporting, risk management, dependency tracking, and escalation
• Proactively manage cross-team and third-party dependencies
• Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders
• Support release planning and readiness in regulated environments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex technology or platform projects
• Proven experience working across multiple teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models
• Hands-on experience with vendors and third-party integrations
• Excellent organisational, communication, and decision-making skills
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or other regulated digital platforms
• Familiarity with compliance-driven delivery and release governance
• Exposure to integration-heavy ecosystems (payments, KYC, game providers)
