We are currently looking for a Senior PR Executive to join our team in Bucharest. We operate in a hybrid working system. 

You will be responsible for client accounts, building strong relationships, and implementing effective and creative communication strategies.

Solid media relations (business, financial, generalist, analysis, economic publications) is a must, as well as project management skills. 

You’ll also be exposed to working on pitches and developing new business opportunities. 

Day to day

• Act as point of contact for the client, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality delivery for a diverse portfolio;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists; proactively pitch stories;
• Organizing impactful PR events;
• Act as the lead’s "right hand," being ready to step in and manage accounts independently when needed;
• Research, draft, and edit a wide range of materials, from punchy consumer lifestyle press releases to complex corporate op-eds and B2B reports;
• Create and refine client presentations and proposals in PowerPoint, ensuring they are not just informative, but visually compelling;
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends;
• Use media knowledge to maximize PR and communication opportunities;
• Develop and implement integrated communication strategies (PR, digital, social, events) that respond to client briefs with effective and creative solutions;
• Manage crisis communications, including preparing and delivering reactive statements when needed; 
• Anticipating client needs by staying informed on industry and market developments;
• Be open-minded and adaptable to societal and workplace changes

About you

• You have 3+ years of experience in PR agencies, managing diverse accounts with a proven track record of results;
• You are a skilled writer and storyteller in both Romanian and English, capable of switching tones from a "cool consumer" vibe to a "polished corporate" style with ease;
• You possess great presentation skills and an eye for layout; you know how to make a PPT deck look professional and engaging;
• Supportive, inspiring, and motivational team player;
• You are proactive, organized, and calm under pressure;
• Strong organizational skills (both in team coordination and personal agenda);
• You have a solid PR foundation and the desire to scale quickly;
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively;
• Quick thinker, able to provide efficient answers and solutions;
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Public Relations, Communication, or Journalism.
